My condolence to the entire great and illustrous Phillips family and especially our in-law,Mr. Foluso Phillips as well as our son-in law, Bamidele on whose wedding day, coincidentally, Papa passed to the great beyond. I watched Papa(my first time of seing him) on the engagement day on Wednesday 3rd January 2008 sat majestically and resplendent in his Aso Oke costume and went through the whole ceremony until he left just after the commencement of the social party. From what I have heard and read about Papa, he lived a Godly and most accomplished life. Indeed, his neighbours at 22, Ogunlana Drive(that house that is always new in its white colour) will miss him. May the gentle soul of Papa live in perfect peace.

I am a good friend of Bisi's 1 of Papa's grand kids & I wanted to convey my condolences to the entire family. You are all in my prayers during this time.
What a remarkable man, father, grandfather & great grandfather he was, his accomplishments are beyond excellent and a model for everyone old & young, family & friends and well wishers like myself to be proud of.
May God rest his soul in sweet,eternal peace. Amen.
